Sony VAIO VPCF12M1E/H FN tuşu çalışmıyor

VAIO VPCF12M1E/H dizüstü bilgisayarım var format attım.Fakat format atmadan önce fn+f6 yaptıgımda ekran parlaklıgını ayarlarken derecesi yazıyordu ses açarken falanda o kutucuk çıkıyordu artık çıkmıyor hangi programları yüklemeliyim http://www.sony.com.tr/support/tr/produ ... _H/updates burdaki bütün driverları neredeyse yukledim (control center, vaio care vb.) düzeltmek için ne yapmalıyım?

Bu adreste Fn tuşlarının çalışması için sırasıyla yüklemeniz gerekenler İngilizce olarak yazıyor:

22. get Acronis True Image Home 2009 and made a Backup, so the next time you don’t need to do this all over again. Only takes about 4 min to create the backup file, and about 3.8GB, recovery from backup takes only a few minutes!.
